I will book this very same home with the same time next year. the water in Indian Pass is pretty murky but Never Allow THIS STOP YOU FROM COMING Into the AREA! we swam in that water and it was just as good as being the surrounding blue waters. it really is very close to many places with clear blue water. cape san blas is right down the road as well as water there is pretty. its also a short drive to port st joe and those beaches are breathtaking. you MUST head to st George island! its also a very short drive from this assets and we spent many days there.
